Returns Policy

Below is our return policy for orders placed on our website 

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from this site return it to us within 14 days and we will happily offer a full refund on the price of the costume.

In order to assist us in processing the refund promptly you must enclose the email received from us after filling in the Returns Form on this site. You should allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be process during our busiest times of Halloween and Christmas.

If you require advice on the sizes, styles or materials that our costumes are made of you can contact our customer support team who will be only too pleased to assist you. It should be noted that we do not encourage the type of shopping where multiple items are bought with the intention of trying them on and keeping just one.

Terms and Conditions:
Before returning a product that has been bought on our site you must be notify us via email or written letter within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) in question. We must receive item(s) at the address above within 5 days of such notification. Item(s) must be returned in the condition they were sent. All parts of the original item must be returned to be eligible for refund. Packages must not be torn when we receive them. If you have only tried on the item (s) they can be returned, but not if they have been worn. They must be free of any trace of perfume, smoke or any other odour.

If we receive a return outside of the returns period but within 30 days of the order being received by you, we will issue a credit note to the value of the goods.

If item (s) are returned that do not meet the above criteria they will be considered as 'In Dispute'. In Dispute items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. will give you the reason why the item (s) are in dispute. The item (s) will be destroyed after 30 days unless you agree to have them shipped back to you at your own cost. All shipping and packaging costs, both to and from us, will remain your responsibility. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the costume only.

There are no exchanges for personal items. This is for hygiene reasons – such items include, but are not limited to - Eye Lenses, False Teeth, Wigs, Stockings, Tights, Masks, ManKini's etc.

For our customers based in Ireland we offer a collection service. To avail of this service you should purchase it through the link sent in the email you receive after filling in the returns form.

For customers who purchased product in our pop-up store the returns policy differs from our online store. There is no refunds on items purchased in store, however we are happy to offer a size exchange or replacement product to equal value within 7 days of purchase.

The customers' statutory rights are not affected.
